This morning at
approximately 5:30 UTC the third space freighter H-II of the Japan Aerospace
Exploration Agency ended its mission decayed in the atmosphere, as planned.
He had docked to the
International Space Station since last July 27.
There took 4.6 tons of
supplies, spare parts, materials, and scientific, between him experiments
winners YouTube Space Lab, designed by two U.S. teenagers and one Egyptian.
Upon his return was
full of waste materials from the ISS, acting as the garbage truck of this, but
also was carrying a pair of data recorders so that scientists can analyze how
it behaves better shed reentry and to refine the design of these and reentry
maneuvers themselves.
The upcoming release of
a cargo ship to the ISS could be the Dragon SPX-1, the first release
"standard" of a private space freighter to the ISS after the success
of the mission Dragon C2.
This launch is planned
for now to October 9, and will follow that of the Progress M-17M on 31 October.
